Food From The Heart
Volunteer
I volunteered for this event through my interest group , NYAA to give back to the elderly community as we were in charge of packing groceries that would be sent to them as they didn't have the necessary means to head out and get these basic necessities.

The reason why i volunteered for this event is because it gave me an insight on possible reasons why the elderly who use to enjoy the art can't do so anymore and what are the possible solutions we can come up with.
FOH - Front Of House

Volunteer
I volunteered for this event through my school resources to aid in front of house management for the kids and activities. I was assigned to the front where i had to allocate different slots to the kids for the activity and ensure that the kids and parents understood and practiced the rules and regulations.

The reason why i volunteered for this event is to understand what kids these days enjoy and how one can incorporate the art into it.
The Remembering Resource (II)
Front Of House Volunteer
I volunteered for this event through one of my lecturers, Ms Bev to gain more insight on front of house personnel and I learnt quite a bit from this event. I was in charge of registering the patrons, informing them of the timings and ushering them to their seats. I also ensured that I was familiar with the programme so I could answer any questions they patrons may have had. After the programme had ended, I had to give out feedback forms and ensure that all patrons filled them up. Overall, it was a very enriching experience over the three days.
